How Payments Work at Bull Spins

Depositing in pounds sterling

All deposits and balances at Bull Spins are quoted in GBP. If you fund your account with card, Revolut or UK bank transfer, the amount you send is the amount that lands in your balance, minus any fee your own bank or card issuer might apply on their end. We don't add our own deposit fees on top.

How crypto deposits convert to GBP

Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether work a little differently because their market value moves throughout the day. When you deposit crypto, the amount is converted to GBP at the exchange rate in effect at the time your transaction confirms on the blockchain. That means the GBP figure credited to your account can differ slightly from the value you saw when you first sent the payment, particularly with Bitcoin and Ethereum during periods of high volatility. Tether is pegged closely to the US dollar, so its GBP conversion tends to move less, but it still tracks the GBP/USD exchange rate rather than staying perfectly fixed.

Withdrawing your balance

Withdrawal requests are usually processed back to the method you used to deposit. If you paid in with a Visa card, we'll generally send winnings back to that same card. Crypto withdrawals go to the wallet address you provide, converted from your GBP balance at the prevailing rate. Bank transfer and Revolut withdrawals go to the account or card details on file.

Verification and larger cashouts

For smaller, routine withdrawals we aim to keep checks minimal. Once a cashout crosses a higher threshold, or if it's your first withdrawal on the account, we may ask for identity documents, proof of address or confirmation of the payment method used, such as a photo of the card or a screenshot of the sending wallet. This is standard practice across regulated and offshore casinos alike and helps protect both the player and the platform against fraud. Submitting clear documents promptly is the fastest way to avoid delays, so it's worth having a passport or driving licence and a recent utility bill or bank statement ready before you request a large withdrawal.

Fees and limits

Bull Spins does not charge its own fee for standard deposits or withdrawals across any of the seven supported methods. Your bank, card issuer or the relevant blockchain network may apply its own charge, particularly for card cash advances or crypto network fees, which sit outside our control. Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by method and by account tier: VIP players on higher betting limits can generally move larger amounts per transaction. Check the cashier for the current minimum and maximum for each method before sending funds.
